/IRBIS, December 14, 2011/ - Alliance Bank JCS (Almaty, hereinafter - bank), whose stocks are officially listed at KASE, has provided KASE with the copy of minutes of meeting of extraordinary general meeting of stockholders from November 30, 2011.

According to the presented document, the bank's shareholders decided to increase the bank's reserve capital by 33,500 million tenge from the undistributed net income of the bank during the past fiscal year 2010.
