/KASE, January 4, 12/ - Eurasian Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a notice from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) dated December 21, 2011.

According to the presented document, FSC NBK approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP02Y07D257 (KZ2C00001220, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, EUBNb9; KZT100, KZT22.0 bn; October 15, 2008 - October 15, 2015; semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR; 30/360) of JSC "Eurasian Bank".

According to the FSC NBK notice, 217,160,999 pieces of the mentioned bonds were outstanding as of October 14, 2011.
