FSC NBK registers changes to issue prospectuses of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Kazakhstan) first and second bond programs and bonds KZ2CKY07B352 (KZ000A0TZYJ6, TXBNb3)
/KASE, January 6, 12/ - Subsidiary Bank JSC Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of changes made to issue prospectuses of its first and second bond programs and bonds KZ2CKY07B352 (KZ000A0TZYJ6, TXBNb3;
KZT1, KZT3.0 bn; November 1, 2004 - November 1, 2011; semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 10.80 % in the last coupon period; 30/360).
The mentioned changes were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on December 14, 2011 and had been made due to changes in data on the registrar of Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia".
