FSC NBK registers changes and additions to issue prospectuses of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Kazakhstan) first and second bond programs and bonds KZ2CKY07B352 (KZ000A0TZYJ6, TXBNb3)
/KASE, January 6, 12/ - Subsidiary Bank JSC Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of changes and additions made to issue prospectuses of its first and second bond programs and bonds KZ2CKY07B352 (KZ000A0TZYJ6, TXBNb3; KZT1, KZT3.0 bn; November 1, 2004 - November 1, 2011; semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 10.80 % in the last coupon period; 30/360).
The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on November 25, 2011 and had been made due to changes and additions in the composition of the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia".
