/KASE, January 12, 12/ - Bayan Sulu (Kostanai), shares of which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of changes and additions made to it shares issue prospectus.

The mentioned changes and additions were registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) on December 23, 2011 and were made due to changes and additions to the data on the auditor, who audits financial statements of JSC "Bayan Sulu".
