/KASE, January 12, 12/ - Kazinvestbank (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a notice from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of December 29, 2011.

According to the said document:

• FSC NBK has approved the report on results of placement of the Bank's shares;
• the issue has been divided in 325,000,000 shares of the Bank;
• the Bank's shares issue has been included in the State Register of Serial Securities under No. А3562;
• 74,328,416 common shares of the Bank are outstanding as of November 5, 2011, its authorized share capital is worth KZT9,052,630,000.
