/KASE, January 13, 12/ - JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of the following: quote JSC "Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ)" (hereinafter - JSC "DTZ") informs that for untimely fulfillment of liabilities of JSC "DTZ" on payment of interest due for the 4th coupon period, a fine has emerged to the amount of KZT314,070,923. As a result of negotiations with bondholders of bonds (NIN KZ2CKY23B672), treaties were reached and agreements were signed on the delay of the fine amount payment until September 2013 according to repayment schedules. According to repayment schedules, JSC "DTZ" paid on December 21, 2011 to the bondholders a fine to the amount of KZT8,099,563. As of January 1, 2012 the total amount of repaid fine for untimely fulfillment of liabilities of JSC "DTZ" on interest payment due for the 4th coupon period makes up KZT152,079,658, the residual debt makes up KZT161,991,265. unquote [2012-01-13]
