Registratorskaya Sistema Tsennykh Bumag (Almaty) is the bank's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the bank (only common KZ1C35620018, KZ000A1CTMP5) is equal to 325,000,000 units;
• 74,328,416 shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the bank bought back 551,519 own shares;
• persons, each holding shares in the number of five and more percent from total number of offered shares, are:
