JSC "Registratorskaya Sistema Tsennykh Bumag" (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C06320010, KZ000A1CTMZ4) is equal to 3,600,000 units;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• persons, each holding company shares in the quantity of five and more percent of the company shares from the total number of outstanding shares, are:
