/KASE, January 18, 12/ - Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia" (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), bonds of which are listed in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2012.

JSC "REESTR" (Almaty) is the Bank's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the Bank (only common KZ1C37080013) makes up 10,000,000 units;
• all authorized shares of the Bank are outstanding;
• the only person holding the Bank's shares in the number of five and more percent from the total number of outstanding shares is Joint Stock Commercial Savings Bank of Russian Federation (Moscow), which holds 9,999,765 shares (99.998 % from the total number of outstanding shares).
