/KASE, January 25, 12/ - JSC "Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2012.

JSC "REESTR" (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of announced shares of the company (common shares KZ1C45320013 only) makes up 2,906,200 units;
• 2,892,000 company shares have been placed;
• the company bought back 249,990 of its shares;
• JSC "Central Securities Depository" (Almaty) nominally holds 2,642,010 shares of the company (91.36 % of the total number of the company's outstanding shares);
• the sole person, holding five and more per cent from the total number of outstanding shares of the company is the Republic of Kazakhstan in the person of the Committee on State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which owns 2,642,000 shares (91.36 % from the total number of outstanding shares of the company).
