/KASE, January 26, 12/ - JSC "National Atomic Company Kazatomprom" (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2012.

JSC "Fondovy Tsentr" (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common shares KZ1C35200019) is equal to 36,692,361 unit;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the sole shareholder of the company and, accordingly, the sole person that holds five and more per cent from the total number of outstanding shares of the company is JSC "National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna" (Astana).
