/KASE, January 27, 12/ - JSC "Eurasian Bank" (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a letter from the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) of January 23, 2012, according to which FSC NBK "took note of the information on non-placement of JSC "Eurasian Bank" shares on June 19, 2011 to December 19, 2011".

According to the FSC NBK information, as of December 19, 2011, 17,692,030 common shares and 3,000,000 preferred shares of JSC "Eurasian Bank" remained unplaced.
