/KASE, January 31, 12/ - Based on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision of January 30, 2012 bonds KZP01Y07E018 (KZ2C00001725; KZT1.0, KZT20.0 bn; December 23, 11 - December 23, 18, semi-annual coupon 7.00 % APR, 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty) have been admitted to KASE official list Rated Debt Securities category.

The date of effect of the Listing Commission decision will be announced later after the issuer fulfills terms of item 1 of article 18 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of trades on KASE in mentioned bonds date will also be announced later.

The issue of mentioned bonds is the first under the second bond program of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia, registered by the Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 23, 2011 to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn, and the sixth issue of the mentioned issuer "internal" bonds, listed on KASE.

Troika Dialogue Kazakhstan (Almaty) is the joint underwriter on mentioned bonds.

REESTR (Almaty) is Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia registrar.

The mentioned bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) TXBNb6.

Details of mentioned shares issue will be available on KASE website after the Listing Commission decision comes into force.
