/KASE, February 3, 12/ - JSC "Bank CenterCredit" (Almaty), has by an official letter informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of ceasing its authorities as a representative of holders of the following mortgage bonds issued by JSC "Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" (Almaty):

• KZPC1Y10B543 (KZ000A0TZWX1, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities, KZIKb11; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; April 10, 2005 - April 10, 2015, semi-annual coupon 6.90 % APR; 30/360);
• KZPC2Y12B547 (KZ000A0TZW51, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities, KZIKb12, KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; April 10, 2005 - April 10, 2017; semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 7.50 % APR in the current coupon period; 30/360);
• KZPC4Y10B547 (KZ2C00001071, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities, KZIKb16; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; January 15, 2007 - January 15, 2017, semi- annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 7.41 % APR in the current coupon period; 30/360);

According to JSC "Bank CenterCredit", a treaty about termination of the agreement on services of a representative of holders of the said bonds was signed on January 31, 2012.
