/KASE, February 6, 12/ - As was previously informed, based on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission's decision of January 30, 2012 bonds KZP01Y07E018 (KZ2C00001725; KZT1, KZT20.0 bn; December 23, 2011 - December 23, 2018; semi-annual coupon 7.00 % APR, 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia" (Almaty) were admitted to KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category.

This Listing Commission's decision became effective from February 3, 2012 as the issuer fulfilled terms of sub-tem 2 of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of trading in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

JSC "Troika Dialog Kazakhstan" (Almaty) is a joint underwriter for the mentioned bonds.

JSC "REESTR" (Almaty) is the registrar for Subsidiary Bank JSC "Sberbank of Russia".

The bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) TXBNb6.
