/KASE, February 9, 12/ - JSC "Imstalcon" (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "an agreement was concluded between JSC "Imstalcon" and SB JSC "Alfa-Bank" on restructuring the loan debt, with the runtime of seven years under conditions mutually beneficial for the parties, this fact leading to a cessation of court proceedings".
