Registratorskaya Sistema Tsennykh Bumag (Almaty) is the company's registrar.

According to the mentioned extract:

• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C20620015, KZ000A1CTME9 of the company is equal to 10,025,004 units, preferred shares KZ1P20620418, KZ1P00000236 - 131,945 units;
• 5,113,117 common shares of the company and all preferred shares are outstanding;
• the sole person holding the company's shares in the number exceeding five or more per cent of the total number of outstanding shares of the company is CENTRAL ASIA PHARMA HOLDING B.V. (Delft, Kingdom of the Netherlands), which holds 5,048,894 common shares of the company (96.26 % of the total number of outstanding shares of the company or 98.74 % of the total number of outstanding common shares of the company).
