Fondovy Tsentr (Almaty) is the company registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C35200019) is 36,692,361 unit;
• all authorized shares of the company have been placed;
• the sole shareholder of the company and, accordingly, the sole person that holds five and more percent from the total number of offered shares of the company is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana).
