• 15,307,970 common shares are offered, preferred shares were not offered;
• the sole person, holding shares of the company in the quantity of five and more percent from the total number of offered share of the company is Eurasian Financial Company (Almaty), which owns 15,258,070 common shares of the bank (99.67 % from the total number of offered shares).
