/KASE, April 16, 12/ - JSC "Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant" (Aktobe), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders is to begin on May 15, 2012 at 10:00 o'clock.

The sole issue on the said meeting's agenda is the issue of purchasing equipment on leasing terms.
