/KASE, April 19, 12, re-distributed due to the issuer's specifying the meeting date/ - JSC "Aktobe Oil Equipment Plant" (Aktobe), whose shares are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that a special general meeting of its shareholders is to begin on May 17, 2012 at 10:00 o'clock.

The sole issue on the said meeting's agenda is the issue of purchasing equipment on leasing terms.

The said meeting's venue is as follows: 42g, 312 Strelkovoi Divisii ave., Aktobe. Participants will be registered from 09:00 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the said meeting will be composed as of April 30, 2012.

In case of failed quorum, a repeated meeting of the company's shareholders will be held on May 18, 2012 at the same time and address.
