/KASE, April 23, 12/ - Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana, hereinafter - the bank), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the extract from its shareholders registers system as of April 1, 2012.

Tsentr DAR (Almaty) is the bank registrar.

According to the extract:

• the total number of the bank's authorized shares (common stock KZ1C47810011 only) is 2,119,519 units;
• 2,066,525 of the bank shares are offered;
• the only shareholder of the bank and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of offered shares of the bank, is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana).
