/KASE, April 24, 12/ - Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that on April 24, 2012 at 17:00 o'clock starts its Board of Directors meeting with the following agenda:

• consideration of the business-plan on development of beef-cattle breeding (across consolidated group JSC "Atameken-Agro");
• approval of the altered production budget for 2012 with account taken of the introduction of livestock breeding projects development plans;
• approval of investment budget for 2012.
