• the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C05020017 of the company is 107,856,540 units, preferred shares KZ1P05020113 - 1,089,460 units;
• all authorized shares of the company are offered;
• the sole person, holding the company shares in the quantity of five or more percent from the total number of outstanding shares, is Mangistau Investments B.V., which holds 107,861,935 shares (99.01 % from the total number of offered shares), including all offered common shares and 5,395 preferred shares (0.50 % from the total number of offered preferred shares of the company).
