/KASE, April 26, 12/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision from April 26, 2012 bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 2005 - August 2, 2028, annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 8.75 % APR in the current coupon period, 30/360) of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty) were transferred from KASE official list's "buffer category" into the second sub-category of "Non-Rated Debt Securities" category.

In a KASE conclusion of April 10, 2012 it is mentioned that the reason for transfer of the mentioned bonds into KASE official list's "buffer category" was a default of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) on interest payment due on those bonds for the sixth coupon period (from August 2, 2010 to August 1, 2011).

Due to the removal by Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) of reasons for transfer of the said bonds into the "buffer category" and fulfillment of all requirements set by the Appendix to the Order # 04.2-09/119 of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty dated May 8, 2008 - "On Establishment of Requirements for Issuers, whose Securities are Admissible or Admitted to the Official list of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, and for such Securities" and obligatory for the transfer of the named bonds into the second sub-category of the "Non-Rated Debt Securities" category, in accordance with item 13-12 of the said Appendix, the said bonds have been moved from the "buffer category" into the second sub-category of KASE official list's "Non-Rated Debt Securities" category.

The said bonds were included in "A" category of KASE official list from August 7, 2006. Trading in them was opened on August 23, 2006.
