/KASE, April 26, 12/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision from April 26, 2012 common shares CA02153E1007 (CA_ALHO) of ALTIUS HOLDINGS INC (Calgary) are removed from KASE official list at their issuer initiative.

According to the KASE conclusion of April 11, 2012, on April 4, 2012 KASE received from ALTIUS HOLDINGS INC the following documents:

• the application of April 2, 2012 with the request on voluntary delisting of mentioned shares;
• the extract from mentioned shares holders registers, according to which as of April 3, 2012, the sole shareholder of ALTIUS HOLDINGS INC was KNOC BLACK HILL LTD (Canada);
• the decision of ALTIUS HOLDINGS INC sole shareholder of February 28, 2012 on mentioned shares voluntary delisting.

According to the documents removal of mentioned shares from KASE official list will not infringe rights of investors and professional participants of the securities market.

Based on the aforementioned and in compliance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 19 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules" mentioned shares have been de-listed.

The mentioned shares have been admitted to KASE official list third category from December 3, 2010. Trades in shares opened from March 1, 2011. During the shares circulation on KASE one deal by open trades methods has been made in shares at KZT1.00 per share.
