/KASE, April 26, 12/ - JSC "Corporation Tsesna" (Astana, hereinafter - the company), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE copies of registered changes and additions to its shares issue prospectus and a copy of the certificate of state registration of securities issue of April 9, 2012, replacing the one issued previously.

According to the mentioned documents:

• Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK) registered changes and additions to the company's shares issue prospectus;
• the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of the company's authorized shares;
• the total number of authorized shares of the company makes up 40,000,000 pieces, including 38,750,000 - common shares KZ1C32850014, 1,250,000 - preferred shares KZ1P32850110;
• the issue of the company's shares was entered in the State Register of Emissive Securities under No. А3285;
• as of April 7, 2008, 18,750,000 common shares and 1,250,000 preferred shares of the company were outstanding, its registered capital equaled KZT20,000,000,000.
