/KASE, April 27, 12/ - JSC "Temirbank" (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose securities are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that on April 26, 2012 its Board of Directors took the following decisions:

1. to appoint Murat Baisynov the Chairman of the Management Board - member of the Bank's Management Board, effective from April 27, 2012;

2. to appoint Erzhan Shaikenov the first deputy Chairman of the Management Board - member of the Bank's Management Board, effective from April 27, 2012;

3. to appoint Daulet Karimbaev the deputy Chairman of the Management Board - member of the Bank's Management Board, effective from April 27, 2012;

4. to terminate authorities of Kerimkul Esbolatov as the deputy Chairman of the Management Board - member of the Bank's Management Board, effective from April 27, 2012;

5. to release Murat Baisynov from responsibilities of the Chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors, effective from April 27, 2012;

6. to appoint Alina Aldambergen the Chairman of the Bank's Board of Directors, effective from April 27, 2012.
