/KASE, April 28, 12/ - Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that on May 18, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. starts its shareholders annual general meeting, with the agenda as follows:

• on approval of the company's Y2011 financial statements;
• on the expediency of dividend pay-out on the company's common shares for 2011;
• on the company's Board of Directors.

The meeting will be held at: 98 Karasai Batyr str., Almaty. Participants' registration will be carried out starting from 10:00 o'clock.

In case of quorum absence, a repeated meeting of the company's shareholders will be held on May 25, 2012 at the same time and premises.
