/KASE, January 15, 13/ - JSC "Ore mining and processing enterprise Tort-
Kudyk" (Astana), bonds of which are officially listed at Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE copies of registered changes and
additions made to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2C0Y05B830
(KZ2C00001014, TKUDb1; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; semi-annual coupon indexed at
inflation rate; 30/360) and certificate of state registration of securities issue
of December 7, 2012, replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- Committee on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (FSC NBK)
has registered changes and additions to the issue prospectus of the mentioned
bonds;
- the mentioned certificate has been replaced due to changing the type of the
mentioned bonds, the company's legal address and re-registration of the legal
entity;
- by the collateral type the bonds are secured ones;
- the mentioned bonds' circulation term has been increased from five to eight
years;
- national identifying number of the mentioned bonds' issue has been changed
from KZ2C0Y05B830 to KZ2C0Y08B834;
- the issue of the mentioned bonds has been entered into the State registry of
serial securities under No. B83.
Changes and additions into the mentioned bonds' issue have been published on
KASE website, at
