Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan announces increasing share capital of Halyk Bank Georgia to GEL48 mln
/KASE, May 21, 13/ – JSC "Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan" (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today provided KASE with the following communique:

Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC on 14th May 2013, according to Agreement of purchase and sale of share of JSC Halyk Bank Georgia Num. 317 of 14th May 2013, carried out increase in the size of authorized capital of JSC Halyk Bank Georgia, a way of acquisition of additional issue of common shares of JSC Halyk Bank Georgia in number of 17 000 (seventeen thousand) pieces, with a par value of 1 000 (one thousand) GEL for one common share. Thus authorized capital of JSC Halyk Bank Georgia grew with 31 000 000 (thirty one million) GEL to 48 000 000 (forty eight million). Gel. Referential: 1 GEL – 0.61 USD.
JSC "Halyk Bank Georgia", a subsidiary of JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan", received a license from the National Bank of Georgia to conduct banking activities January 29, 2008 (№ 0110246). Bank began operating activities from November 1, 2008.
