/KASE, February 18, 14/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau, hereinafter – the Company),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
by an official letter informed KASE of a delay in payment of the 11-th coupon
interest on its bonds KZP01Y10D329 (KZ2C00000248, KASE official list, second
sub-category of Non-Rated Debt Securities category, KATRb2; KZT1,000,
KZT11.0 bn; August 4, 2008 – August 4, 2018; semi-annual coupon indexed at
inflation rate, 10.00 % p.a. for the current coupon period; 30/360).
According to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds, Atameken-Agro was due
to pay this interest from February 4 to 17, 2014.
In its letter Atameken-Agro announces the following:

Before February 17, 2014 the Company was due to pay interest for the 11th coupon
period on bonds KZP01Y10D329 (KZ2C00000248, KATRb2) of Atameken-Agro
(Kazakhstan) – to the amount of 10 % p.a. (payable KZT200,556,550). However, it
is impossible to pay on time due to a delay in payment by customers of accounts
receivable for goods.
Based on the above-mentioned, we notify you that payment for the 11th coupon
period on bonds will be executed until February 21, 2014
