/KASE, June 4, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of June 4, 2015 the term of suspension imposed
on trades in bonds KZP01Y10E533 (KZ2C00002426, KASE official list,
category "other debt securities", CAEPb1) of Central Asian Electric Energy
Corporation JSC (Almaty) was extended.
The trades are suspended until the day following the day of receipt by the
Exchange of changes to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds and
confirmation by the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) of resumption of
offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its accounting system.
