/KASE, December 31, 15/ – Following the decision of Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE) Management Board as of December 31, 2015 trading in
bonds KZ2P0Y05D940 (KZ2P00000235, KASE official list, other debt securities
category, BKKRb1) of BECKER & K LLP (Almaty) will be resumed on KASE.
The trading was suspended on KASE from December 25, 2015 until the date
following the day of publication of the decision of the general meeting of
holders of these bonds in the media and confirmation by the Central Securities
Depository JSC (Almaty) of resumption of offering and circulation of the
mentioned bonds in its accounting system.
This decision of the Management Board was taken due to the receipt by KASE of
the notice sent by BECKER & K LLP of December 28, 2015 saying that the
meeting of the holders of these bonds scheduled for December 25-28, 2015 was
not held due to the absence of a quorum.
