/KASE, February 3, 16/ – Following the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) Management Board as of February 3, 2016 the term of suspension
imposed on trades in bonds KZP02M90E700 (KZ2C00003283, KASE official list,
Debt Securities of Entities from Quasi-Government Sector category, AGKKb5) of
Agrarian credit corporation JSC (Astana) was extended.
The trades are suspended until the day following the day of receipt by the
Exchange of changes to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds and
confirmation by the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) of resumption of
offering and circulation of the mentioned bonds in its accounting system.
