/KASE, April 1, 16/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of
a delay in payment of the 11th coupon interest on its bonds KZP01Y07D747
(KZ2C00000420, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", IMSKb3).
Imstalcon in its letters announces the following:

On January 25, 2016 Almaty Special inter-district economic court (ASIEC) took a
decision on applying the rehabilitation procedure to Imstalcon JSC which is not
in effect as yet, due to an appeal from the bank.
Currently, Imstalcon JSC has enough funds to pay coupon interest on debt
securities KZP01Y07D747 in March 2016 to the amount of KZT11,200; however
according to the ASIEC definition of January 5, 2016 all bodies of the legal
entity (Imstalcon JSC) are stripped of the right to dispose of the assets
(including cash), due to which fact the Company announces its incapability to
pay interest.
