/KASE, January 14, 09/ - ATF Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the Representative),
acting on behalf of holders of infrastructural bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KASE official
list, the second subcategory of "Non-rated Debt Securities", DTJLb1; KZT1,000,
KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 05 - August 2, 28, the annual coupon indexed on the
inflation rate, 19.95 % APR for the current coupon period, 30/360) of Doszhan
Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty, hereinafter - the Issuer), informed KASE by the
official letter on the following.
Quotation start
According to adopted on December 24, 08 resolution # 1236 of the Government
of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on allocation of reserved resources of the
Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to NWF Samruk-Kazyna (hereinafter
- the Fund) were allocated KZT3,090,000,000 (here billion ninety million) for the
concessional project "Construction and exploitation of the new railway line
"Station Shar - Ust-Kamenogorsk".
Based on the above mentioned in order to protect rights of the Issuer bonds
holders, the Representative will send the request to the Fund to receive the
information on its decisions, plans and approximate time of capitalization by the
Fund of its companies for further re-funding of the Issuer. Upon the receipt of
funds the Issuer will repay the debt on coupon interest on infrastructural bonds.
Previously the Issuer was assumed to repay the debt till January 31, 09.
The Representative shall inform holders on decisions made, plans and
implementation of the above mentioned measures upon the information receipt
from the Fund.
