ASIA AVTO (Kazakhstan) partially paid the principal and the last coupon on bonds KZPC1Y03C348 (ASAVb1)

/KASE, January 11, 10/ - ASIA AVTO (Ust-Kamenogorsk) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter on partial payment of principal and the last - sixth - coupon interest on bonds KZPC1Y03C348 (ASAVb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; January 3, 07 - January 3, 10, the semi-annual coupon indexed at the inflation rate, 8.90 % APR for the last coupon period; 30/360).

According to mentioned bonds issue prospectus ASIA AVTO was to pay the principal and the last coupon interest on January 5, 2010.

In the letter ASIA AVTO informed that:

quotation starts ... at the expense of own resources we repaid the principal coupon on bonds to three holders in the size of KZT45 million 958 thousand (44,000 bonds and coupon KZT1 million 958 thousand). The debt to a main holder of bonds was repaid in the size of KZT998,542 m (956,000 bonds and coupon KZT42 million 542 thousand).

As previously informed, mentioned bonds were excluded from the KASE official list fur to their circulation term expiry from January 5, 2010.
