/KASE, August 16, 11/ - ATFBank (Almaty), representing holders of infrastructural bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list, second subcategory of Non-Rated Debt Securities category, DTJLb1; KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 2005 - August 2, 2028, annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 8.75 % APR in the reporting coupon period, 30/360) of Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty), has by an official letter of August 16, 2011 informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of the following: quote Since the period of payment of next annual coupon interest on bonds ended on August 15, 2011, the Issuer upon expiry of the due time, paid out part of coupon interest to the amount of KZT1,966,399,428.40 (one billion nine hundred sixty six million three hundred ninety nine thousand four hundred and twenty eight tenge 40 tyiyn on infrastructural bonds (NIN KZ2CKY23B672), we announce partial default of the Issuer. unquote We remind you that according to the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds, Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) was due to pay the sixth coupon interest from August 2 to August 15, 2011.
