/KASE, February 25, 14/ – TEMA Ko. (Almaty, hereinafter – the Issuer), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE of a delay in payment of the 15th coupon interest on its bonds KZ2P0Y03D754
(KZ2C00001683, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, TEMAb2;
KZT1,000, KZT1.2 bn; May 14, 2010 – May 14, 2016; semi-annual coupon
13.50 % p.a.; 30/360).
In accordance with the issue prospectus of the mentioned bonds, TEMA Ko. was due
to pay this interest in the period from February 14 to 23, 2014.
TEMA Ko. says as follows in its letter:

Due to temporary financial difficulties caused by the seasonal decrease in
demand for restaurant business services, it is deemed impossible to pay on time
coupon interest on bonds of the Issuer KZ2C0Y06D750 (KZ2C00001683).
