/KASE, November 2, 11/ - Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty), bonds of which
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed on partial
repayment of debt on the sixth coupon interest on infrastructural bonds
KZ2CKY23B672 (KZ2C00000701, KASE official list buffer category, DTJLb1;
KZT1,000, KZT30.0 bn; August 2, 05 - August 2, 28, inflation rate indexed
annual coupon, 8.75 % APR for the current coupon period, 30/360).
In the letter Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) informed that:

According to approved Action Plan Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) out of funds
accumulated at the expense of exploitation of the railway, on October 27,
2011 through the payment agent ATFBank paid the second remaining part of
coupon interest in the size of 1% from an accrued interest for the 6th
coupon period to all bonds holders.
ATFBank informed by the official letter of October 28, 2011 #2015/13622 on
payment of interest to bonds holders on October 28, 2011 in the amount of
KZT22,345,254.35 (twenty two million three hundred forty five thousand two
hundred fifty four).
In addition, under the agreement of bonds buying-selling #56/11 of October 25,
2011, Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) bought back bonds (NIN KZ2CKY23B672) in the
amount of 260 units and on October 26, 2011 paid interest for the 6th coupon
period in the size of KZT2130.70 and the fine for its past-due debt in the
size of KZT33.29.

We remind that according to mentioned bonds issue prospectus Doszhan Temir
Zholy (DTZ) was to pay the payment of interest for the 6th coupon period on
August 2 - 15, 2011.
